The Social Planner lets you draft, schedule, and publish across multiple social accounts from inside MONDAi. Combined with Content AI for drafting, it significantly reduces the time spent on content distribution without requiring a separate scheduling tool.
Steps

Open Social Planner
Navigate to Marketing → Social Planner.

Connect your accounts
Click Add Account. Connect each platform. Supported: Facebook Page, Instagram Business, LinkedIn Profile and Page, Google Business, Twitter/X, TikTok Business. Each requires a separate authorisation.

Create a post
Click New Post. Write your content directly, or click Write with AI to use Content AI. Add images. Select which accounts to post to — you can publish to multiple platforms simultaneously.

Schedule or publish
Click Schedule to set a future date and time, or Publish Now to post immediately. Scheduled posts appear in the calendar view for easy management.

Review and manage the calendar
Switch to Calendar view to see your full content schedule across all platforms. Drag and drop posts to reschedule.
Common Mistakes
- Same copy for every platform. Instagram favours visual storytelling, LinkedIn rewards insight, Twitter/X needs brevity. Write platform-appropriate versions or at least edit the caption per platform.
- No image in the post. Posts with images consistently outperform text-only posts on most platforms. Always add an image.
- Not previewing before scheduling. Image crops and character limits differ between platforms. Always check the preview before scheduling.
