Q1 2026 brought a significant wave of improvements to MONDAi — deeper AI capabilities across the platform, a rebuilt calendar experience, and a set of CRM and automation enhancements that have been on the roadmap since late 2025. Here is everything that shipped.

AI Updates

Conversation AI: Context Memory

Conversation AI now retains context across messages within the same thread. Previously each message was evaluated in isolation. Now the AI understands the full conversation history before composing a response, producing significantly more natural follow-up messages. Enable this under Settings → Conversation AI → Context Memory.

Voice AI: Improved Interruption Handling

Voice AI now handles mid-sentence interruptions more gracefully. The agent pauses, processes the interruption, and responds appropriately rather than finishing its current sentence first. This makes inbound call handling feel substantially more natural.

Content AI: Brand Voice Training

You can now upload writing samples to train Content AI on your specific brand voice. Go to Settings → Content AI → Brand Voice, upload 3 to 5 examples of your writing, and Content AI will match your style, tone, and vocabulary in generated output.

Workflow AI: Natural Language Builder

The workflow builder now accepts natural language descriptions. Type what you want the workflow to do and Workflow AI generates the trigger, conditions, and actions. You review and confirm before anything goes live. Available from the workflow builder under New Workflow → Build with AI.

Calendar and Booking

Multi-Duration Booking

Service calendars now support multiple session durations on a single booking page. A client can choose between a 30-minute intro call or a 60-minute deep session without needing separate calendar links. Configure under your calendar's duration settings.

Group Calendar Waitlist

Class booking calendars can now accept waitlist registrations when a session is full. A waitlisted person is automatically notified and enrolled if a spot opens before the session date.

CRM and Contacts

Smart List Filters: Activity-Based

Smart lists now support activity-based filter conditions: email opened in last X days, page visited, form submitted, appointment completed. Previously smart lists only filtered on contact field values and tags. This significantly expands what segmentation is possible without complex workflow tagging.

Contact Timeline: Pinned Notes

Notes on contact records can now be pinned to the top of the timeline. Pinned notes remain visible regardless of chronological order. Use them for the most important context about a contact: their situation, what they've told you, what to remember before every interaction.

Platform Improvements

Mobile App: Offline Course Access

The Kollab mobile app now supports offline video downloads. Students can download lessons to their device and watch without an internet connection. Downloads are managed per-lesson from within the app.

Funnel Analytics: Step Comparison View

Funnel analytics now include a comparison mode that overlays two date ranges on the same chart. Compare this week's funnel performance against last week, or this launch against the previous one, from the Analytics tab in your funnel settings.
