When prospects message your Facebook Business Page, those conversations belong in your CRM alongside everything else — not sitting unseen in a separate Messenger tab. Connecting Facebook Messenger to MONDAi brings all Page messages into your unified Conversations inbox.

Steps

1
Go to Facebook Integration
Navigate to Settings → Integrations → Facebook. Click Connect Facebook.
2
Authorise with Facebook
You will be redirected to a Facebook authorisation screen. Log in with the account that has admin access to your Business Page. Grant the requested permissions.
3
Select your Facebook Page
After authorisation, select the correct Page from the list and click Connect.
4
Enable Messenger in your inbox
Toggle on Facebook Messenger in the channel settings. New messages from your Page's Messenger will now appear in Conversations automatically.
5
Test the connection
Send a test message to your Facebook Page from a different account. It should appear in your MONDAi Conversations inbox within seconds. Reply from MONDAi and confirm the reply appears on the other end.

Common Mistakes

  • Using a personal Facebook profile instead of a Business Page. MONDAi can only receive messages from Business Pages, not personal profiles.
  • Authorising with an account without Page admin access. The account used must be a Page admin or the Page will not appear in the selection list.
  • Not testing after connection. A successful authorisation does not guarantee messages are routing correctly. Always send a test message.
