The blank page is not a writing problem. It is a starting problem. Content AI gives you a starting point for any piece of copy in seconds — one you edit and make yours, not one you publish as-is. For creators producing regular email sequences, social content, and funnel copy, the time savings compound significantly.

Content AI in MONDAi is embedded directly in the tools where you write: the email builder, the social planner, and the funnel page editor. It is not a separate app to switch between.

Steps

1
Open Content AI from within your editor
Content AI is accessible from the AI button (✦) in the email builder toolbar, the Write with AI option in the social planner, and the text element toolbar in the funnel page editor. You do not need to go to a separate settings page.
2
Select the content type
Tell Content AI what you are generating: email subject line, email body, social post, SMS message, landing page headline, or CTA button text. Selecting the right type helps the AI apply the correct format and length constraints.
3
Describe your context
Provide a brief description of what the content is for. Include:
  • Who the audience is
  • What the email, post, or page is about
  • What action you want the reader to take
  • Any tone guidance (warm, direct, urgent, casual)
Example: "An email to warm leads who haven't booked a call yet. Remind them about the discovery call offer. Warm but direct tone. Goal is to get them to click the booking link."
4
Generate and refine
Click Generate. Review the output. If it misses the mark, adjust your description and regenerate. If it's close, edit directly. Most useful Content AI output needs 2 to 3 edits to sound like you — that is expected and normal.
5
Use Brand Voice training for consistent output
If you have uploaded writing samples under Settings → Content AI → Brand Voice, the generated output will already reflect your style. This significantly reduces editing time. Brand voice training is optional but highly recommended for creators who produce content regularly.

What to Use Content AI For

Email subject lines

Generate 5 subject line options for any email and choose the strongest one. Testing subject line variations is one of the highest-leverage email optimisations available — Content AI makes generating options fast.

Email nurture sequences

Describe the arc of a 5-email nurture sequence and generate a first draft for each email. Edit for voice and specificity. This turns a week of writing into a few hours of editing.

Social posts

Generate platform-specific posts for Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook from a single content idea. Content AI knows the format differences and writes accordingly.

SMS messages

Generate SMS messages under 160 characters. Content AI respects the format constraint when you select SMS as the content type.

Common Mistakes

  • Using generated content without editing. Content AI produces a starting point. Publishing AI-generated copy without editing produces content that sounds AI-generated — which does not build the personal connection your audience enrolled for.
  • Vague context descriptions. "Write an email about my program" produces generic output. "Write a re-engagement email for leads who opted in 30 days ago but haven't booked a call — warm tone, one clear CTA to book" produces something usable.
  • Not using Brand Voice training. Without brand voice samples, every piece of generated content will require more editing to match your tone. Upload 3 to 5 examples of your best writing and the gap closes significantly.
