When Zoom is connected to MONDAi, every new booking automatically creates a unique Zoom meeting. The link is included in the confirmation email and reminder messages. No manually creating meetings, no copying and pasting links.
Steps

Connect Zoom
Go to Settings → Integrations → Zoom. Click Connect Zoom Account and complete the Zoom OAuth authorisation.

Enable Zoom on your calendar
Go to Calendars → Edit on the relevant calendar. In the Meeting Location field, select Zoom instead of a static link or address.

Verify the confirmation email
Book a test appointment and open the confirmation email. The Zoom meeting link should appear as the session location. The link should be unique per booking.

Confirm reminder messages include the link
Check that your 24-hour email and 1-hour SMS reminders also include the Zoom link.

Test the Zoom link
Click the Zoom link from the confirmation email and verify it opens a valid Zoom meeting.
Common Mistakes
- Setting Zoom on the calendar but forgetting to update reminder templates. If your reminder templates reference a static location rather than a dynamic link, they will not include the Zoom URL.
- Using one shared Zoom link instead of unique per booking. MONDAi generates a unique link per appointment when Zoom is properly connected. If you see the same link every time, the integration is not fully working.
- Not testing end to end before going live. Always click the link in the confirmation email to verify it is valid.
