Connecting your Google Business Profile enables Reviews AI, lets you monitor and respond to Google reviews from your MONDAi dashboard, and feeds review data into your reputation reporting. It takes under five minutes and unlocks one of the most leveraged features in the platform.
Steps

Navigate to Google integration
Go to Settings → Integrations → Google. Click Connect Google Account.

Authorise with Google
You will be redirected to a Google login screen. Sign in with the Google account that has admin access to your Google Business Profile. Grant the requested permissions.

Select your Business Profile
After authorisation, your associated Business Profiles appear. Select the correct location and click Connect.

Verify the connection
Return to Reputation → Reviews. Your existing Google reviews should begin populating within a few minutes.

Enable Reviews AI
With the connection active, go to Reputation → Reviews AI and configure your automated review request and response settings.
Common Mistakes
- Connecting the wrong Google account. You must connect with the account that owns or manages the Google Business Profile, not just any Google account.
- No Google Business Profile set up yet. You must have a verified Google Business Profile before connecting. Set one up at business.google.com first.
- Expecting instant review population. Existing reviews may take 5–10 minutes to appear after first connection.
