Facebook Lead Ads collect contact information directly inside Facebook without sending the user to a website. Connecting them to MONDAi means every Facebook lead becomes a contact in your CRM instantly, with the follow-up automation firing before they close the app.
Steps

Navigate to Facebook Lead Ads settings
Go to Settings → Integrations → Facebook. Find the Lead Ads section.

Select your ad account and form
Choose the Facebook Ad Account and then the specific Lead Form you want to connect. Each lead form needs to be connected individually.

Map form fields to MONDAi contact fields
For each field in your Facebook Lead Form (name, email, phone), select the corresponding MONDAi contact field. Unmapped fields will not be captured.

Set a workflow trigger
Create or assign a workflow to fire when a new lead comes in from this form. Minimum: add a tag identifying the source, send a confirmation SMS or email.

Test with a lead
Submit a test lead through Facebook's Lead Ads testing tool. Confirm the contact appears in MONDAi within 1–2 minutes with correct field mapping.
Common Mistakes
- Connecting the ad account but not mapping the form fields. MONDAi receives the lead but cannot parse the data without field mapping.
- No immediate follow-up workflow. Facebook leads go cold fast. The first message should fire within 5 minutes of submission.
- Not testing with the Facebook Lead Ads testing tool. Real ad leads can take hours to submit. Use the testing tool for immediate verification.
