A post-program survey does two things that matter for your business: it surfaces testimonials you can use with permission, and it tells you what to improve for the next cohort. Most creators skip it. The ones who do it consistently have better testimonials and better programs.

Build the feedback survey
Go to Sites → Forms. Create a form with a mix of question types. Useful post-program questions:
- What was the most valuable part of the program? (Text area)
- What would you improve? (Text area)
- What specific result did you achieve? (Text area)
- On a scale of 1–10, how likely are you to recommend this? (Rating)
- May we use your feedback as a testimonial? (Checkbox: Yes / No)

Set a completion workflow trigger
In Automation → Workflows, set a trigger on course completion or a program-completion tag. The first action should wait 1 day then send the survey link via email.

Write a warm survey invite
The email sending the survey link should be personal. Acknowledge their completion specifically. Make it clear their feedback improves the experience for future participants.

Follow up once
If no response in 3 days, send one follow-up. Keep it brief and low-pressure. Most responses come from this second message.

Use the feedback
Add approved testimonials to your sales page. Make specific improvements based on recurring themes. Tell your next cohort what changed based on feedback from the previous one.
Common Mistakes
- Waiting too long to send. After two weeks, the experience fades and so does the willingness to give detailed feedback.
- Not asking permission for testimonials explicitly. A feedback form without a consent checkbox means you cannot use the responses publicly.
- Not using the feedback. If you collect feedback and change nothing, the next cohort senses it.
