NoteFor MONDAi-hosted pages, use the native Form element in the page builder. The embed code is for external websites like WordPress.
An embedded form keeps visitors on your page. They fill in their information and submit without leaving, removing a significant point of friction in your lead capture flow.
Steps
1
For MONDAi pages: add the Form element
Open your funnel or website page in the editor under Sites. Find the Form element in the element library and drag it to the desired section.
2
Select your form
Click the Form element to open its settings. Select the specific form from the dropdown.
3
For external sites: get the embed code
Go to Sites → Forms, open the form, and find the Embed or Share option. Copy the iFrame snippet.
4
Paste the code on your external site
Paste in your page HTML where you want the form to appear. In WordPress, use a Custom HTML block.
5
Publish and test
Publish the page. Submit a test entry through the embedded form and confirm the contact is created correctly in MONDAi.
Common Mistakes
- Using embed code on a MONDAi page. Use the native Form element. It is simpler and better integrated.
- Not testing after embedding. A form that renders correctly may still have broken field mapping or a misconfigured submit action. Test the full flow.
- Form not active. A form must be saved and active to work when embedded.
