Cause 1: No availability windows are configured. Open the calendar settings and confirm availability days and hours are set. A calendar with no availability windows shows nothing to bookers regardless of any other settings.
Cause 2: The calendar is blocked by your Google Calendar. If Google Calendar is connected and your calendar has existing appointments or all-day blocks during the time you have set as available, MONDAi treats those as conflicts. Open your Google Calendar and check for all-day events or recurring blocks covering your available hours.
Cause 3: Minimum notice time is blocking near-term availability. If your minimum notice is set to 48 hours and someone is trying to book within the next two days, the calendar shows nothing. Check this setting and adjust if needed.
Cause 4: The timezone is mismatched. If your account timezone and your Google Calendar timezone are different, availability can appear empty because the system is comparing time windows that do not overlap. Confirm both are set to the same timezone.
Cause 5: The calendar has a date range that has passed. Some calendar configurations include an availability start and end date. Confirm the calendar date range is current and future-dated.
Cause 6: The booking link is the wrong URL. Confirm you are sharing the direct booking link from inside the calendar settings — not the calendar management URL.
How to Test
After making any adjustment, open the booking link in an incognito browser window and confirm time slots appear from the perspective of a new visitor. Do not test while logged in as the account owner — your permissions can mask the issue.
