Part 3 — Reminder SMS (1 hour before)
Wait: appointment-relative — 1 hour before. Action: Send SMS: "Your call with [Name] is in 1 hour. Join here: [link]"
Part 4 — Post-Call Follow-Up (30 minutes after scheduled end)
Wait: appointment-relative — set to fire after the scheduled call end time. Action: Send follow-up email recapping the conversation and the next step. Create Task: "Review call outcome and update pipeline stage."
Part 5 — Conditional Follow-Up (if no pipeline update after 48 hours)
Using an If/Else condition: if the contact has not been tagged as "client" or moved to Closed Won within 48 hours of the call, trigger a soft follow-up email.
