Your booking calendar is the infrastructure behind every scheduled interaction in your business. When it is set up correctly, clients book themselves into your calendar without any back-and-forth, your availability updates in real time, and MONDAi sends reminders automatically.
Calendars in MONDAi draw availability from your Google Calendar connection once synced. The scheduling infrastructure uses GoHighLevel's booking system, which handles timezone detection, availability conflicts, and appointment management without requiring a separate scheduling tool.
Steps

Go to Calendars → Calendar Settings

Click Create Calendar

Choose the calendar type
One-on-One (most common for coaching), Round Robin (team routing), or Group (multiple attendees).

Name the calendar
'Discovery Call — 30 Minutes' or 'Coaching Session — 60 Minutes'.

Set the meeting duration

Set your availability windows
Days and hours when bookings can be made.

Set buffer time before and after appointments
Prevents back-to-back bookings without any breathing room.

Set minimum notice time
How far in advance someone must book — '24 hours minimum' prevents last-minute bookings.

Add the meeting link
Zoom, Google Meet, or other video link.

Connect Google Calendar
If not already connected, link your Google Calendar in Integrations.

Save and copy your booking link
Share this link in your funnel, email, and social bio.
Key Settings Explained
- Buffer time: Space before and after appointments — set 10–15 minutes minimum
- Minimum notice: How soon can someone book? 24 hours is reasonable for most coaching calendars
- Maximum days in advance: How far out can people book? 30–60 days is typical
