Mobile NotificationsFor push notifications on your phone, you need the LeadConnector app installed with notifications enabled in your phone settings. Notification settings in MONDAi control what you get notified about — your phone settings control whether those notifications are allowed through.
Notifications in MONDAi control when and how you are alerted to new activity: incoming messages, form submissions, new bookings, missed calls, and assigned tasks. Configured correctly, you stay on top of high-priority activity without constant dashboard checking.
Steps
1
Navigate to Notification settings
Go to Settings → Notifications. Notification preferences are user-specific — each team member configures their own.
2
Set conversation notifications
Toggle on notifications for: New Inbound Message, New Unassigned Conversation. Choose delivery method: in-app, email, or both.
3
Set appointment notifications
Toggle on: New Appointment Booked, Appointment Cancelled, Appointment Reminder (for yourself). These keep your calendar activity visible.
4
Set task notifications
Toggle on Task Due and Task Assigned if you use the task system for follow-ups.
5
Enable mobile push (optional)
If you have the LeadConnector app installed, toggle on Mobile Push Notifications. Ensure notifications are allowed in your phone's app settings for LeadConnector.
Recommended Settings for Solo Operators
Must have on: New Inbound Message (push + email), New Appointment Booked (push), Missed Call (push if using Voice AI or missed call text back).
Consider turning off: Every notification type you do not act on within an hour. Notification fatigue causes you to start ignoring all notifications — including the important ones.
