How to Test Your Funnel Before Going Live

A funnel that has not been tested end-to-end before launch is a liability. Testing takes twenty minutes. A broken checkout on launch day can cost hours to diagnose and client relationships to repair.

Layer 1: Pages and Flow

• Open the first page URL in an incognito window — no broken images, no missing elements, no placeholder text
• Click every button and confirm each goes to the correct next step
• Switch to mobile and check every section
• Confirm the funnel is on your branded domain

• Submit any opt-in form using a test email you control
• Check your CRM immediately — confirm the contact record was created correctly

Layer 3: Payment

• Delete or void the test transaction in Stripe
• Remove test contact records from your CRM
• Fix any issues found, then run through the full checklist a second time
