The order form is the moment a visitor becomes a buyer. It collects their contact info, processes payment, and triggers every downstream automation — course access, welcome emails, CRM tagging. Getting this right is worth more than any other part of your funnel page.
Order Form vs standard FormA standard Form collects contact details but cannot process payments. You must use the Order Form element specifically.

Open the checkout step in the page builder

Drag the Order Form element onto the canvas
Find it in the left element panel — distinct from the standard Form element.

Click on the element to open its settings

Click Add Product and select your product

Configure form fields
Required: First Name, Last Name, Email. Keep it short — every extra field reduces conversion.

Customize the submit button text
Something specific: "Yes, I Want In" or "Get Instant Access".

Common Mistakes
- Using a standard Form element instead of the Order Form element — standard forms cannot process payments.
- Forgetting to select a product — the form cannot complete transactions without one.
- Setting the redirect to a page that does not exist yet.
- Not running a test transaction before sending real traffic.
