Your orders dashboard is the complete record of every transaction in your business. Paid enrollments, subscription renewals, refunds, failed payments. Having a clean view means fast support responses and accurate revenue reconciliation.
Steps

Navigate to Orders
Go to Commerce → Orders. The list shows all transactions with contact name, product, amount, status, and date.

Filter by status
Use status filters: Paid, Pending, Refunded, Failed. For monthly reconciliation, filter to Paid with the relevant date range.

Open an order
Click any order for the full detail: contact info, product, payment method, and transaction ID.

Take action
From the order detail: Refund (full or partial), Resend Receipt, or View in Stripe to open the transaction directly in Stripe.

Export for accounting
Use the Export option with a date filter to download a CSV for your accountant or bookkeeping software.
Common Mistakes
- Using Orders as your only financial record. Stripe is the authoritative financial record. MONDAi orders give you the CRM-connected view. Reconcile both regularly.
- Exporting without filtering. An unfiltered export is your entire order history. Filter by date range before exporting for a specific period.
