Steps

Go to Products
Navigate to Commerce → Products. Click New Product.

Add product details
Enter a Product Name, Description, and optional image. Name and description appear on checkout pages and receipts.

Set the pricing model
Choose: One-time (single payment), Subscription (recurring), or Payment Plan (fixed installments). You can add multiple pricing options to one product — monthly and annual prices on the same offer, for example.

Upload a product image
Add a clean graphic or mockup. Images appear on checkout pages.

Save
Click Save. The product is now available in any order form, payment link, checkout page, or invoice.
Common Mistakes
- Separate products for each price variation. A single product can have multiple pricing tiers. Use pricing options instead of duplicating products.
- Vague product description. The description appears on checkout pages where buying decisions happen. Make it specific and benefit-focused.
- Not updating the price when it changes. Updated product prices apply to all new purchases. Existing subscriptions are not affected.
