How to Export a Report in MONDAi

Exporting data from MONDAi gives you a snapshot you can analyse in a spreadsheet, share with a team member or accountant, or import into another tool. Different data types export from different sections.

What Can Be Exported and Where

• Contacts: Contacts → select contacts → bulk action → Export. Includes all standard and custom fields.
• Orders/Revenue: Commerce → Orders → filter by date → Export. Includes transaction IDs, amounts, products, and status.
• Email campaign stats: Marketing → Email Campaigns → open campaign → Export. Open, click, and unsubscribe data per recipient.
• Form responses: Sites → Forms → select form → Submissions → Export.
• Affiliate data: Affiliate Manager → Export. Commission and payout data.

Before You Export

Always filter before exporting. An unfiltered export is your entire dataset. For a monthly revenue report, filter orders to the billing month. For a specific campaign's audience, filter contacts to the relevant tag or smart list.

Name exported files immediately with a descriptive name and date: MONDAi-Orders-April2026.csv. Files without descriptive names become unidentifiable quickly.
