Forgetting your password is a two-minute inconvenience, not a problem. The reset process is straightforward and goes entirely through your email. You'll be back in your account quickly.
MONDAi runs on GoHighLevel's authentication infrastructure. The reset flow uses the email address on your account. If your email access is current, you'll have this resolved before the next tab you have open finishes loading.
Steps

Go to the login page
Navigate to
app.getmondai.com in your browser.2
Click Forgot Password
Below the password field, select
Forgot Password.3
Enter your account email address
Type in the email address associated with your MONDAi account. If you're not certain which email you used at signup, start with the one you check most often.

Check your inbox
A password reset link will be sent to that address. It typically arrives within one to two minutes.

Check your spam folder if the email doesn't appear
If nothing arrives after two to three minutes, check your spam or promotions folder. Reset emails occasionally get filtered.

Click the reset link
The link takes you to a screen where you can create a new password. Reset links expire — typically within one hour. Use it promptly.

Create a new, strong password
Use at least 12 characters and mix letters, numbers, and symbols. Do not reuse a password from another platform.

Log in with your new password
Return to
app.getmondai.com and log in with your updated credentials.Common Mistakes
- Waiting too long to use the reset link. Password reset links expire — typically within one hour. Use the link promptly after the email arrives.
- Requesting the reset multiple times in quick succession. Each new request may invalidate the previous link. Request once, wait for the email, then use that link.
- Not updating your password manager. If you use a password manager, update the saved credentials for MONDAi immediately so you don't hit this again.
- Not being sure which email address is on the account. If none of your addresses work, contact support at support@getmondai.com with your name and business name so they can locate your account.
