Your visual identity shows up across your client portal, your email footers, your funnel pages, and every touchpoint your clients experience. Getting your branding in early means every asset you create from here on is already on-brand without extra effort.
GoHighLevel's infrastructure, which powers MONDAi, stores branding settings in two places: your account-level Business Profile and your Memberships portal settings. Both need to reflect your brand. This guide covers both.
#C9A84C).Two Branding Locations
MONDAi stores branding in two separate places and both need to be updated. Account-level branding (Settings → Business Profile) controls your account header and email templates. Portal-level branding (Memberships → Settings) controls what clients see when they log in. Updating only one leaves the other on defaults.
Steps
Business Profile.Memberships → Settings. Your client portal has its own logo and color settings that pull independently from your account-level profile. Update both.Common Mistakes
- Uploading a JPEG logo. JPEG files have a white background that shows up on any surface that isn't also white. Use a transparent PNG for every logo placement.
- Only updating one branding location. The account header and the client portal pull from different settings. Update both sections.
- Using a favicon that's too large. A 512×512px image renders poorly in a browser tab. Resize to 32×32px before uploading.
- Picking brand colors that don't meet contrast standards. Check your colors against the actual portal preview after saving.
