Your MONDAi account lives at a specific URL. Knowing exactly where to go — and what to expect when you get there — makes getting in fast every time.
MONDAi is built on GoHighLevel infrastructure, so if you've encountered GHL login screens before, this will look familiar. Whether you're logging in for the first time or returning after time away, this guide covers every step.
Before you start
You'll need: the email address and password you used at signup, plus access to your inbox if Two-Factor Authentication is enabled on your account.
Steps

Go to your login URL
Navigate to
app.getmondai.com in your browser. Bookmark this page. It's the only door in.

Enter your email address
Type the email address you used to create your MONDAi account. This field is not case-sensitive.

Enter your password and click Log In
If you've forgotten it, select Forgot Password. See How to Reset Your Password for that process.

Complete Two-Factor Authentication (if enabled)
You'll receive a verification code by email or SMS. Enter it when prompted. The code expires quickly — use it before switching tabs or stepping away.

You're in
A successful login takes you directly to your MONDAi dashboard.

Common Mistakes
- Bookmarking the wrong URL.
getmondai.comis the marketing site. Your login lives atapp.getmondai.com. Bookmark the correct one. - Using the wrong email address. If you have more than one email, confirm which one you signed up with before requesting a reset.
- Letting the 2FA code expire. These codes have a short window. Request a new one if yours has expired rather than trying the old code repeatedly.
- Caps Lock being on. Passwords are case-sensitive. If your password isn't working, check this first.
