Every tool in MONDAi lives in the left sidebar. Icons expand into labeled menus when clicked. Spend five minutes clicking through all of them when you first log in and the layout will stick quickly.

Common Mistakes

  • Confusing Sites with Memberships. Sites holds your marketing pages — funnels, landing pages, checkout pages. Memberships holds your actual course content. They work together but live separately.
  • Looking for email campaigns in Conversations. Conversations is your individual inbox for two-way messages. Broadcast emails and campaigns live in Marketing.
  • Mixing up Contacts and Opportunities. Contacts is your full list. Opportunities are the active sales deals you're tracking through a pipeline. Not every contact becomes an opportunity.
  • Ignoring Reporting. The data here tells you where your funnels are converting and where they're not. Check it regularly once you have campaigns running.
