NoteDNS changes take 24–48 hours to fully propagate. If you made changes in the last 24 hours and the domain is still not working, wait the full propagation window before troubleshooting further.

Diagnose in Order

1
Confirm the CNAME record is set correctly
Log into your domain registrar (GoDaddy, Namecheap, Cloudflare, etc.). Find your DNS records and look for a CNAME entry pointing to the MONDAi hostname. Go to Settings → Domains in MONDAi to find the exact CNAME target value.
2
Check for conflicting DNS records
An A record and a CNAME record for the same subdomain can conflict. If you have an existing A record for the subdomain you are trying to use (e.g., www), remove it before adding the CNAME.
3
Check Cloudflare proxy status
If your domain uses Cloudflare, the DNS record must be set to DNS Only (grey cloud), not Proxied (orange cloud), for the CNAME to work correctly with MONDAi.
4
Verify in MONDAi the domain is added
Go to Settings → Domains and confirm the domain appears in your list. If not, add it first.
5
Test DNS propagation
Use dnschecker.org to check whether your CNAME record has propagated globally. Enter your subdomain and select CNAME. Green results confirm propagation.
6
Wait 48 hours
DNS propagation can take up to 48 hours. If all records look correct but the domain still does not resolve, wait the full window before contacting support.
