A funnel page that does not load is either not published, on an unconnected domain, or has a specific page error. Work through these checks before contacting support.
Diagnose in Order
1
Confirm the page is published
Go to Sites → Funnels, open the funnel, and check that the page shows Published status. An unpublished page returns a blank or error screen.
2
Check the domain connection
If using a custom domain, go to Settings → Domains and confirm the domain is connected and shows Active. A domain that has not fully propagated will not serve pages.
3
Test with the default subdomain
Every MONDAi funnel has a default subdomain URL. Test the page at this URL. If it loads on the subdomain but not on your custom domain, the issue is domain DNS configuration.
4
Check for broken custom code
If you added custom JavaScript or CSS to the page, a syntax error in that code can prevent the page from loading. Remove any custom code and retest.
5
Test in an incognito window
Browser extensions — especially ad blockers — can block funnel page scripts. Test in an incognito window to rule this out.
6
Clear the CDN cache
After making changes to a published page, force a cache refresh by going to the funnel settings and clicking Republish.
