Your clients don't have to be at a desk to access what they've enrolled in. The Kollab app puts their courses, modules, and community groups directly on their phone so they can learn and engage from anywhere.

Kollab is the student-facing mobile app for platforms built on GoHighLevel infrastructure, available free on both iOS and Android. Once your client downloads it and logs in with their enrollment credentials, they'll have full access to everything you've given them. You can share this article directly with your clients as a setup guide.

Before Your Client Gets StartedThey'll need the email address and password they used when they enrolled or were given access to your program. If they enrolled through a checkout page, that email is their login. If you added them manually, send them their login details first.

Steps

Download the Kollab app

iPhone: Open the App Store and search Kollab by LeadConnector. Tap Get to download.

Android: Open the Google Play Store and search Kollab by LeadConnector. Tap Install. The app is free.

Open the app and tap Log In

On the first launch you'll see a welcome screen. Tap Log In. Do not tap "Sign Up" — you already have an account through your enrollment.

Enter your enrollment email and password

Use the same email address and password you used when you enrolled or were given access to the program. If you don't know your password, tap Sign in with OTP to receive a one-time login code by email instead.

Select your program if prompted

If you're enrolled across multiple creators or platforms, you'll see a list. Scroll to find the right one and tap to enter. If you only have one, you'll go straight in.

Access your courses and community

Use the bottom navigation bar to move between sections. Tap Courses to find your enrolled programs. Tap Groups or Community for posts and conversations. Your progress saves across devices.

Enable notifications (recommended)

Allow notification permissions so you get updates when new content drops, when community members post, or when your coach sends a message.

Common Mistakes

Tapping "Sign Up" instead of "Log In." Creating a new account won't connect to your enrolled programs. Always tap Log In and use the email you enrolled with.
Using a different email address. Make sure you're using the exact one tied to your enrollment. Check your original welcome or receipt email if unsure.
Not seeing a course after logging in. If the app shows no content, your creator may need to confirm your access is active. Reach out with your enrollment email so they can check.
Searching the wrong app name. The app is called Kollab by LeadConnector, not just Kollab. Look for the LeadConnector branding to confirm you have the right one.
