Your clients don't have to be at a desk to access what they've enrolled in. The Kollab app puts their courses, modules, and community groups directly on their phone so they can learn and engage from anywhere.
Kollab is the student-facing mobile app for platforms built on GoHighLevel infrastructure, available free on both iOS and Android. Once your client downloads it and logs in with their enrollment credentials, they'll have full access to everything you've given them. You can share this article directly with your clients as a setup guide.
Steps
iPhone: Open the App Store and search Kollab by LeadConnector. Tap Get to download.
Android: Open the Google Play Store and search Kollab by LeadConnector. Tap Install. The app is free.
Common Mistakes
- Tapping "Sign Up" instead of "Log In." Creating a new account won't connect to your enrolled programs. Always tap Log In and use the email you enrolled with.
- Using a different email address. Make sure you're using the exact one tied to your enrollment. Check your original welcome or receipt email if unsure.
- Not seeing a course after logging in. If the app shows no content, your creator may need to confirm your access is active. Reach out with your enrollment email so they can check.
- Searching the wrong app name. The app is called Kollab by LeadConnector, not just Kollab. Look for the LeadConnector branding to confirm you have the right one.
