ALMA OS — Chat Interface (Q2 2026)
ALMA is evolving from a knowledge assistant into a full business co-creator with a dedicated chat interface inside MONDAi. In Q2, ALMA will be able to create contacts, build workflows, draft email sequences, and analyse your funnel performance — directly from a conversation. The current ALMA at council.getmondai.com is the early version. The in-platform build is significantly more capable.
Predictive Lead Scoring (Q3 2026)
Lead scoring is currently behaviour-based (points assigned to actions). The Q3 update adds predictive scoring — a model trained on your account's historical conversion data that predicts which current leads are most likely to convert, independent of their recent activity. For accounts with enough conversion history, this will surface leads that traditional scoring misses.
Conversation AI: Outbound Sequences (Q2 2026)
Conversation AI currently handles inbound messages. The Q2 update adds outbound AI sequences — a mode where the AI initiates a structured conversation with cold or warm leads via SMS or email, with the goal of qualifying them and offering a booking link. These differ from standard email sequences in that they respond dynamically to replies.
Commerce Tools
Native Upsell Flows (Q2 2026)
Post-purchase upsell pages are currently built manually as funnel steps. The Q2 update adds a native one-click upsell flow that triggers immediately after the initial purchase is confirmed, with its own conversion analytics separate from the main funnel.
Subscription Dunning Management (Q3 2026)
Automated dunning — the process of retrying failed subscription payments and notifying members — is getting a dedicated management interface. Currently this requires manual workflow setup. The Q3 update includes a built-in dunning sequence with configurable retry intervals, member notification templates, and access management tied to payment status.
Community Features
Live Rooms (Q3 2026)
Community groups are getting a native live streaming and live event room feature. Creators will be able to host live Q&As, coaching calls, and workshops directly within the community — visible only to members of that group. Recordings are automatically saved as accessible replays.
Community Analytics (Q2 2026)
A new analytics dashboard for community groups: member activity, post engagement rates, most active members, and trending topics. This makes it possible to see which members are most engaged versus at risk of dropping off, and to take action on both.
Infrastructure
Faster Page Load Performance (Q2 2026)
A rendering infrastructure update targeting funnel and website page load times, with a particular focus on mobile performance. The goal is Core Web Vitals scores that qualify for Google's performance ranking signals on all published pages.
