The Reminder Workflow
Build in Automation → Workflows. Trigger: Form Submitted on the registration form. Use appointment-relative wait steps: 1 day before → email reminder. 1 hour before → email + SMS. 10 minutes before → SMS only. This is the sequence that moves 40–50% registrations to actual attendance.
The Post-Webinar Fork
After the webinar end time, the workflow branches: If the contact has the "attended" tag (set during the live session via a tag on the Zoom attendance list import, or manually), send the replay and the offer. If they do not have the "attended" tag, send the "you missed it" email with the replay link and a slightly different offer framing.
Common Mistakes
